Murad Vitamin C Line is it even from an Orange?
Murad is a trendy line that is advertised in lots of different stores and magazines. I used to use their Skin Supplement pills but eventually stopped after using Aloe Vera and creating my own moisturizer. Anyway, the other day I was in Sephora, and the Vitamin C line caught my attention. I bought the entire line and decided that I needed to see if it lived up to the price tag. As a disclaimer, if this is your first time reading my blog, I have gotten rid of preservatives completely in my skincare because they break me out. So with that in mind, I tried everything out, and I was astonished at how many preservatives were in these products. The Essential C Toner irritated my skin and caused a bring sensation. The Rapid Age Spot Serum had alcohol, which I do not use at all as it dries your skin out, and in a serum, it can be brutal to your skin. The Vitamin-C Day Moisturizer had alcohol as well, which is what made it matte, but it also made my skin feel like it was still dry. The eye cream had two types of alcohol as well, and if I don’t put alcohol on my face, I can assure you I do not put it around my eyes. Overall I was very disappointed that the entire Vitamin C line had alcohol, I definitely will not be using this line again nor would I recommend it to anybody. Thanks so much for reading.
