Glamglow Review
Glamglow has been releasing lots of new innovative products that are usually hit or miss. I stopped into Sephora the other day and the sales associate for glamglow insisted I try out the new cleanser, CBD moisturizer and probiotic mask. The cleanser smelled like berries and had a gentle consistency which I appreciated. The probiotic mask had a berry scent as well and applied very evenly through the yoghurt like consistency. The mask felt very refreshing and added a burst of hydration to my skin. The CBD moisturizer had a strange scent however I appreciated that it was a gel consistency which I love in moisturizers because it is lightweight enough that I don’t feel it throughout the day however deeply hydrates. However the moisturizer contained alcohol which I didn’t appreciate because alcohol dries your skin out which causes imbalances such as acne and excessive dryness which can lead to wrinkles. The eye cream was also a gel consistency however it felt very heavy even with a small amount. It felt tightening and had a slight tingling sensation which made me feel like it was actually doing something. Overall I really liked the Berry Cleanser which felt lightweight and had a nice scent, the Probiotic Mask felt very hydrating and also made my skin vibrant and dewy which I think had something to do with the berry seeds exfoliating while the probiotics moisturize. The CBD moisturizer just didn’t do it for me personally and I won’t be using it again since it contains alcohol and my skin is very sensitive. The eye cream was tightening and felt hydrating and was a gel which I appreciated. Thanks so much for reading xoxo -Chaz
