My Yoga Routine

Yoga and Meditation are things that were instilled upon me from a young age. I learned that clearing your mind through Meditation allowed for me to get more things done during the day and release all the bad mojo. Yoga taught me to keep my body moving and stay fit. I choose to write about this because it has truly changed my life and allowed me to be more at ease. On a side note, I love to use different crystals when meditating but Iā€™m just going to link my favorite one which is a selenite with a gold yin and yang sign.
