My favorite smoothie recipes

Smoothies are an easy and healthy way to get lots of vitamins and antioxidants. I’ve been drinking smoothies since I was a kid and can remember my parents using a juicer, I loved the idea and the simplicity of slurping up a meal. I drink smoothies after almost every workout as they rehydrate you, add vitamins and protein back to your body. Below are my favorite recipes for smoothies.

CACAO PROTEIN Smoothie Ingredients:Almond Milk, Banana, Cacao Protein Mix, Almond Butter, Date Paste

Almond Milk,

Banana,

Cacao Protein Mix,

Almond Butter,

Date Paste

Protein + Collagen Fruit Packed Smoothie:

1 Banana

1 Cup Strawberry’s

1 cup Raspberry’s

1/2 Cup Collagen Powder

1 scoop Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Green Vibrance Superfood powder

Mango Protein Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped ripe mango

  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon honey

    Blend it all together and enjoy :)

Raspberry Smoothie Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup low-fat milk

  • ¾ cup frozen raspberries

  • ½ banana

  • 1 tablespoon natural almond or peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey

Blend it all together and enjoy :)
