Outfits that will keep you cool this Summer
Summer is the hottest time of the year and questionably one of the hardest times of the year to dress as you can put more clothes on put there’s only so much you can take off. Fabrics play a large role in comfort as well as breathability, therefore I wanted to make a fabric/outfit guide this summer. Below I will talk about three fabrics that are awesome during the summer time as well as a few outfit options in each selection.
Shop Fabric 1: Silk
Silk is the lightest fabric, and it tends to adjust to your body temperature, which is also why it can be worn to keep you warm in the wintertime. So silk is a popular fabric to wear for the summer due to its weightlessness, be mindful of sweat stains on a super-sticky day.

Fabric 2: Linen
Linen is made up from flax plant and is a highly breathable and absorbable fabric. That means you stay cooler for longer, and any moisture that is produced is quickly wicked away. That makes linen ideal for summer and working in offices without any air conditioning.
Fabric 3: Cotton Chambray
Chambray has traditionally been used for it’s breathability in uniforms for construction workers and repairmen, but today this versatile fabric is a summer wardrobe staple. Typically woven with a colored warp and white weft (what that means to you: a slightly textured look), this style makes a great lightweight alternative to your favorite denim shirt.
